MTAB PLC TRAINER KIT is designed to teach and train the users in the art of programming of different types of PLCs and program applications panels that demonstrate real-world application of PLC. The PLC trainer kit is designed to be a mobile station. The PLC is mounted on the front panel behind a clear door for observation. An operation console is provided that allows the users to wire in the application simulators, transfer program and simulate their programs. The PLC Trainer comes with a series of application modules with increasing level of PLC application. The applications are designed such that the useres review the experiment, write their PLC program to generate appropriate result, upload the program to the PLC, plug-n-play the experiment module and run the sequence. The Application Kit includes: Temperature control, Tank filling operation, Flow/gate pump control, Belt conveyor operation, Elevator operation, Traffic light control, Washing machine operation, Door operation, sensor operation, pneumatic cylinder operation, relay operation-fan and light control, Star-Delta Motor operation. It is possible to use different types of PLCs with the trainer kit. With the Internet of Things platform, the PLC Trainer can be interfaced with IoT software to study and experience how sensors on devices are used over the internet to gather data and monitor processes. E-learning courseware and advanced software package are available as optional accessories.
