Job Summary
Enhance employee productivity by optimizing and managing the company's internal ERP and information systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Optimize, maintain, manage, and update the Acumatica ERP system, MIS operational procedures, and other information systems utilized by the company
• Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and make improvement plans
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule and coordinate upgrades, automation, and tests
• Provide software application training for users, upgrade and configure software applications, and perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• Prepare an integrated database from various data sources using spreadsheets and data programming tools to extract relevant and useful information
• Keep and secure Management Information System equipment and devices
• Develop data processing programs and reporting tools using Acumatica, MS Excel, or other similar software to efficiently generate standardized reports and easily capture quantitative data
• Generate accurate reports on a timely basis by following a structured process to ensure compliance with the approved KPI Report
• Analyze and recommend software and hardware to maximize productivity for all networks
Preferred Education, Skills, & Experience
• Graduate of BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management, or any related course
• Experience in implementing ERP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with programming is advantageous
• Has integrity, good work ethics, and interpersonal skills
• Preferably from QC
