Provides technical assistance off-site and onsite by assisting in site preparation, installation, repairing, and troubleshooting various machines.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Providing remote and on-site technical support.
• Providing client support by guiding and training their equipment operators on machine technicalities and proper operation
